In over 60 years of activity, Simaco has solidified its presence on the market with products related to mainly industrial applications (electric pumps for thermoregulation and chillers), but also in wellness (recirculation electric pumps), with a smaller share in the domestic sector (water drainage). For more than 30 years it has developed a range of products dedicated to the laser cutting and welding sectors, becoming a recognized leader at European level.

Our production is oriented to customer needs, so we create ad hoc products. We mainly produce customized products to order and do not have a warehouse of ready-to-sale goods. 

Our quality assurance department carries out checks starting from the components, coming from our suppliers, and from the internal workshop. A lot of quality and dimensional controls are distributed along all the assembly lines of the different ranges. At the end of the assembly process, we carry out an electrical and hydraulic test on 100% of the production, which report is sent to the customer with each shipment of the goods. 

Our strength has always been product customization according to our customer needs, even for small batches. Every day we create new versions of products upon specific customer requests, regarding configuration, wiring, mechanical seal, motor power supply and performance, ...

Upon request we can provide 2D and 3D files of our products in various extensions, even if customized, to facilitate the design process of the machinery and systems that use our electric pumps.

Simaco uses mechanical seals from leading Italian suppliers, in standard and bellows configurations. Based on the fluid used in the system we can recommend the best seal to guarantee a long life of the system. To do this it is necessary to send us the MSDS (Medical Safety Data Sheet) of the liquid, in order to be able to evaluate some chemical-physical characteristics that impact the materials of the hydraulic part and the mechanical seal. 

Our technical office is available to evaluate the working conditions to which our products will be subjected, to suggest the best solution. Our many years of experience allows us to support customers on a wide range of uses in different application sectors.

Magnetic drive pumps find greater use in situations where it is necessary to guarantee high system safety, for the environment and for humans. Systems where the liquid is particularly dangerous, by nature and/or temperature, where it is therefore necessary to reduce the possibility of a leak to zero. Magnetic drive pumps are very reliable and require limited periodic maintenance. 

It is possible to return a pump found to be defective during the warranty period by contacting your dealer, or Simaco in the case of direct sales. Remember to have the following data at hand: the item code, serial number, and production date, as well as the issue found. 

We supply spare parts for our products limited to the components that can be replaced without the intervention of specific machinery.

The high-quality index of our products guarantees a long life of the products over time. Simply send a photo of the product label so we can evaluate whether the same item, or a more recent alternative, is available according to the current catalogue.
