SIMACO is ISO 9001 certified

For SIMACO, customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement have been key elements of the company's activity since its foundation. This year SIMACO has decided to embark on the path towards certification of its quality system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 "Quality management systems - Requirements" standard.

An international recognition of the company's desire to satisfy its customers with products of high intrinsic quality and to continue the continuous internal improvement of processes and performances.

For several months, all departments, led by the quality manager, have collaborated in drafting the documentation that allowed obtaining the certification. A path facilitated by the good structure of the processes, staff training and attitude to improvement already present in the company.
