Brass vertical regenerative turbine electric pumps

The vertical architecture with immersed hydraulic part allows you to save space inside the unit; furthermore, this conformation allows a redistribution of the components giving space to developments not practicable until today.

The hydraulic part immersed in the liquid completely eliminates the risk of leaks, increasing the safety of the system and allowing it to be used with particularly innovative and still expensive liquids on the market today and chemically non-aggressive liquids.

Different immersion depths are available, selected to ensure versatility of application to new projects, adaptability to the most varied situations and to existing systems.

The pump unit provides for operation coupled with different motors to adapt to the needs of the system and achieve ever higher efficiency: AC asynchronous motors (produced by Simaco), 24V-DC brushless motors and PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous) motors. Versions with special voltages, bi-frequency and CRUus certificates available on request.

C38

Brass regenerative turbine electric pumps

The result of in-depth research supported by our digital simulation systems (CFD), the new C38 joins the current C series for cooling units for welding machines. Created as a special version of the C38 to meet the specific needs of certain customers, it allows us to reach new performance milestones. Without external structural modifications, by working only on the hydraulic part and eliminating some inefficiencies, it was possible to achieve a 28,5% increase in performance (+10m of head) with a 9,4% increase in consumption (+2,5W).

The dimensions equal to a C36 electric pump with an asynchronous motor allow for perfect interchangeability and the possibility of making upgrades without modifying the systems.

Variable speed electric pumps

The smallest C ever created the result of studying the pump's internal dynamics and over 6 months of fluid dynamic simulations to achieve the best possible performance at the flow rates used in cooling units (<3.5 l/min).

A revolution in the industry with minimum dimensions reduced by over 85% thanks in part to ultra-compact, latest-generation sensored DC-24V motors. These motors allow for a reduction in power input of almost 50% compared to a KN37.

They feature a dynamic hydraulic curve capable of adapting to a wide range of needs, with low-flow performance superior to a KN37 (+30% @2 lpm and +62% @1 lpm).
